Deadlines for the nomination

• for the winter semester: March 1
• for the summer semester: October 1

As soon as you have been nominated by your home university, you will receive a link to the online application form by e-mail.

Inform yourself regularly about the current entry and health regulations. You should apply now for a place in student accommodation or start looking for a room in a shared flat.

NOTE: As only 15 applicants can be accepted per semester, a binding acceptance letter will only be issued after all interviews have been completed. This is exclusively linked to the receipt of the Letter of Acceptance valid.

Please prepare the following documents, as it is not possible to save them temporarily in the online form.

• Letter of Motivation
  e.g. further qualifications, experience, motivation for studying in Innsbruck/at the University College of Teacher Education Tyrol, future plans etc. Language: English (pdf, file name: surname_first_name_lom.pdf)
• Photo for student ID card
  (jpeg, jpg, file name: surname_first_name_picture.jpg)
• Scan Pass
  (pdf, filename: filename: surname_first_name_passport.pdf)
• Scan insurance card or policy
  (pdf, file name: Lastname_Firstname_insurance.pdf)
• Further documents
  (optional) e.g. language certificates, letters of recommendation, … (zip file, file name: surname_first_name_additional.zip)

Please indicate your German and English language skills according to the European language levels CEFR.

Submission of the application by no later than:

• March 15 (for the winter semester) or
• October 15 (for the summer semester)

Once we have checked your documents, you will receive a message from us after the application deadline. If your application is accepted, we will arrange an online interview.

Once you have successfully completed the application process, you will receive an official acceptance or rejection letter for your study visit to the University College of Teacher Education Tyrol.

As we can only accept a limited number of exchange students, our selection process is based on several criteria, including the letter of motivation and the interview.
