Die Funktion der Forschungsbeauftragten trägt maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung der Forschungsaktivitäten an der Pädagogischen Hochschule, an den einzelnen Instituten sowie zur interdisziplinären Vernetzung innerhalb und außerhalb der Hochschule bei.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Zu den Aufgaben der Forschungsbeauftragten gehört die Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Forschungsstrategie, die Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung guter wissenschaftlicher Praxis und die Begleitung der hochschulweiten Wissenschaftskommunikation. Sie stehen in engem Austausch mit den Institutsleitungen sowie dem Vizerektorat für Forschung und Entwicklung sowie weiteren zuständigen Stellen der Hochschule. Sie beraten Forschende bei Forschungsprojekten, Drittmittelvorhaben und organisatorischen Fragen. Zudem tragen sie dazu bei, Forschungsfördermöglichkeiten sichtbar zu machen und Qualitätsstandards in der Forschung zu
